ABOUT THE MICHIGAN WARRIORS
The WARRIOR Football Team started in 2008 as a member of the Christian Football League of Michigan - CFL-MI. Athletes are either homeschooled or from small Christian schools or Christian boys in public schools, who want to play competitive high school tackle football while giving God all the glory. Family involvement is what makes the WARRIORS a success.
In 2008 the team went by the name of Flint WARRIORS and had only a Varsity squad. The name changed to the Genesee County G.C. WARRIORS in 2009 and we also added a JV squad. In 2011 the WARRIORS have a Varsity squad only.
Many of the boys are from Lapeer, Genesee, & Oakland counties. The Knights of Columbus Council #4090 had generously allowed the WARRIORS to use their property located in Davison, Michigan for a practice field. Thank you Knights!

2012-13 season!********

THANK YOU FLINT FIRST WESLEYAN CHURCH!
Not only does the WARRIOR family believe that all the glory goes to God in both our successes & failures, but we expect our athletes to portray their Christian faith both off and on the field. High academic standards are also expected.
